FAQ’S

What is E3E Entertainment?

With E3E Bookings, you’ll create and manage your events on your E3E Bookings website and quickly receive online payments for each paid registration. We don’t charge any per-event fees or per-pricing option fees, which means more funds for your organization and you can create as many events as you would like. E3E Bookings is flexible and can handle a variety of events — from free events, paid events, and display-only events where you want to show event information without accepting registrations. It even works for events with multiple dates and different pricing options.

Who uses E3E Entertainment?

Bands, solo musicians, managers, & independent booking agents. Rock, Punk, Hardcore, Hip Hop, Acoustic, Songwriters, DJs, Blues, Pop, Cover bands, or any other music genre!

Why Should I Use E3E Entertainment?

We are the only platform connecting musicians to venues on an interactive map. You can locate venues in real time, based on your location, customize routings, get directions, and reach out for show bookings, and so much more, all in just a few clicks!

Does E3E Booking take a percent?

Never. You keep 100% of each and every show.

How much will it cost me?

We have yearly and monthly options available. You can get started for as little as $39.99, check out more details on our pricing plans

Is E3E Booking hard to use?

Not at all, in fact, you probably already know how to use it! If you’ve used Google Maps, you have used E3E Entertainment. Just instead of typing “McDonald’s,” you might search “Venue,” “Boston,” “College,” or maybe “All Ages.”

What kind of venues are there?

Music Venues, Festivals, Nightclubs, Colleges (maybe yours!), Coffee Shops, Bars, Theatres, Breweries, Wineries, Restaurants, Promoters, or anywhere else you can land a gig!

Do I have to sign a contract?

Never. Plans are monthly or yearly. You can cancel at any time.

I play with a band, but I’m also a solo performer. Does this matter?

Nope! We have performance spaces for anyone. Whether you are performing solo sets, duos, trios, larger groups or full bands.

What payments are accepted?

Paypal, VISA, Mastercard, American Express.

Are the venues pay-to-play?

Less than 4% of our resources are pay-to-play. Listen, we don’t like the idea of pay-to-play either, so we made this a huge focus when building E3E Bookings.

Venues close down a lot, how do I know that these venues are active?

Every 3 months we do a full system update. We remove venues that have closed down and add venues not yet listed. These occur each year on: January 1, April 1, July 1, October 1.

Should I attach my song when I email a venue?

We don’t recommend it. Promoter and venue owners prefer links 99% of the time. Usually, if they want attachments, they will specify so under their booking requirements.
